Maurizio was friendly, explained things in a way that it was easy for us to understand, offered multiple options, and wasn't phased when we changed our minds multiple times and had to restructure elements of our refinance to suit. The team is easily contactable, and kept us constantly in the loop of the progress of our submission. This is the second time we've used Maurizio and we will absolutely be in contact in the future for all our financial needs.

I cannot speak highly enough of the work Marc, Selena and the team did for our family. We had unusual circumstances (long period of time between sale of one house and securing another), a move to a country property and lots of people involved. Marc and co navigated the process wonderfully. You kept us informed at every stage, letting us know who needed what and when things were to happen. Selling/buying is already stressful enough without the finance side of things going awry. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
We weren't sure about whether to use a broker or not, having heard some negative stories and worries about people just pushing certain products on us that weren't suitable but got them a big commission. We spoke to a few before Marc at Mortgage Broker and weren't completely convinced by them. As soon as we met Marc though we knew we would be very comfortable and it would be to our advantage. And I'm delighted to say our initial thoughts were spot on. Marc clearly knew his stuff and was able to talk through the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. Yet what was really important for us is that he listened to what we wanted to do and he let us make the choice. So when we thought differently to a position he'd suggested, that wasn't an issue he went away and redid the figures based on the path we wanted to go down.
