Terrible service, never reply to emails or phone calls. How they are still in business as property managers is beyond me. The property inspection report had no resemblance to what the actual property looked like after lease finished. Cannot be trusted.

They ignore requests, and don't get back to you. How can anyone hire them as property managers? Amazing. If I was a property owner, I would hate these people

My experience with these guys was poor at best and I'd rate them less than a one if I could. The issues started from day one with these guys and it didn't get any better. The first issue was the property inspection report, it said the property was left clean which was not the case and the pictures clearly evidenced this. There was food left in the cupboards, toiletries left in the shower and bathroom cupboards. There was also a lot of stuff left in the place which I asked to be removed. They said they'd have the landlord remove it as it turns out it was his son that was staying there before I moved in. I had to keep calling them as they pormised to call me back and never did. The landlord finally pick the stuff up six weeks later. I spent the first day cleaning the apartment as I couldn't move in to the place in the state that it was left in.
