During my long weekend visit to Brisbane, I was particularly drawn to MOS Burger simply because they are currently only available in Queensland. From the outside, it looks quite casual, a little bit like a Hungry Jacks restaurants but with a lot of green instead of red. Spanning across two levels of seating areas, the counter is on the left side of the shop immediately after you enter.
They have the usual entry-level burgers such as cheeseburgers, but they also have their special burgers like grilled chicken cheese burger and wagyu burger. I tried out their gourmet wagyu burger and the meat was very soft. The occasional hint of wasabi in the sauce is also very exciting and overall, the burger was tasty. Despite ordering a small size, it was already decently sized. The burgers are served inside angled wraps for easy handling of the burgers without creating a lot of mess on your hands.
The price points are also quite reasonable.
