They are terrible.They did not do the work they promised. They were contracted to do a brake flush, tyre rotation, safety check, change fluids, change oil and about ten other things and all they did was change the oil. There is no point taking them to court for breach of contract as a court would just make them complete the job and I don't want them to ever touch my car again. They are by far the worst I have ever used and I have owned cars for nearly 20 years. Quite frankly I can do a better job than them and I am no more than an amateur with a handful of spanners.
They really should be ashamed of the absolute lack of any pride in their work.
Moseley Auto Repairs does not deserve even half a star. Thumbs down!
Don't go there ! this is probably the most awful mechanic I've ever been to. Extremely rude and didn't do the job I paid for. i brought my car there to get it serviced and the satff wasn't even able to switched off what basically means that the service hasn't been done. When the staff gave me my car back the staff just told to "never call again, never come here again, you give me a headache". I now need to go to another mechanic and get my car serviced again do get all the the things i needed to get done done and get the service light switched off. What a waste of money.
