I booked my car in for service, coming from my new residence on the northern beaches. I explained to the woman who made my booking that I couldn't wait around for a long time – and I was too far away to return home and then back again. She said my car would be ready in 2 - 2 1/2 hours.

Will never use these guys again. They almost charged me for a rotate and balance which I did not ask for. At least when I pointed out the mistake they removed the charge. But the worst part was the discovery of metal fillings which were in my paint work and have taken me quite a few hours to remove. NOT IMPRESSED
