Motel Oasis

My experience staying at Motel Oasis was absolutely fantastic! I found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well presented. The restaurant was wonderful and the variety of food was delicious. The customer service from the owners and staff was very professional and friendly and they were more than willing to help me out with any questions I had. The owners were most accommodating.

I found their room rates to be most exceptional! I will definitely be booking into this motel again very soon as I often travel to Kingaroy. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone needing accommodation in the Kingaroy region.

Unhappy as quote originally given was apparently wrong as when we went to pay we were charged $15 extra per night for a bed which was permanently in the room of which we used. We were not advised of this charge with the original quote and were not given the choice to not use the bed of which the charge would not have occurred. When owners were confronted they denied making a mistake and refused to remove the charge therefore making the motel a similar cost to other, better motels in the area.

When it comes to cleanliness I actually made all the beds myself and had to ask for cutlery and crockery for our room everyday we were staying there as they didn't automatically provide it for the larger rooms.

I would not recommended this motel to others as it was not worth the money I had to pay.
