Motivo

Be very careful when purchasing from this store. I purchased a black & white dress for $217. I wore it only twice and then handwashed it according to the instructions on the label. The black colour ran through the white and the dress was ruined. I returned it to Motivo and spoke with the person who had sold the dress to me. They denied ever stocking this dress... even though I had proof of purchase... and even though they still had stocks of the same dress in other colours! They refused to refund or credit me. Very bad experience and I wasted over $200 on a dress I only wore twice! I am following up with Fair Trading.
