Disgusting service from the service department, was so depressing to talk to no customer service skills, went there for a simple puncture repair only to have them talk c**p about replacing the tyre which was c**p because I took my bike to a honest dealership who said no problem at all but they were closing at noon and didn't have time, Won't be going back there

I got my bike serviced here. I went in with two bar-ends and came out with one (obviously lost in the workshop because they adjusted my clutch lever height). I told the management and they were adamant that I had lost it (apparently they rattle off?) I trusted them and bought a set of bar-ends for $30. Whatever. Then I got home and saw a photo of my bike from a week earlier with bar-ends on it. Hmmm. Isn't, or shouldn't the customer always be right?

Great service and Great product knowledge on the products. looks like my local accessories store from now on
