Ordered some standard replacement spares for my BMW in December 2015. When delivered the parts did not fit at all.
Ok, that can happen but it took ages for the owner of Motohansa, Rob, to call me back, as the complain had to go through him personally and the workshop staff could not help.
It took quite a few weeks to turn them around with the (local Australian!!!!) supplier and got the replacement parts early February.
The parts still where not fit for purpose and after some more delays Rob confirmed that parts are not good and offered a re fund.
Happy with that I ordered parts from Germany, cheaper and got them within ...read more

DO NOT GO THERE! They ripped me off big time $1K to fix a brake fault that wasn’t fixed. Took it back and it sat there for a month and nothing got done. Collected it and they didn’t say a word why I was collecting it. Just gave me the keys and see ya! The place is dead, tumble weeds running through it. I heard they are not doing well, no surprise there…
Its always disspointing when people post unfair comments. This customer decided to take the option of servicing his ABS rather than replacing as it wa the cheaper option. We can never guarantee th servicing of and ABS unit and we tell the customer this at the time.
The only option fot this guys is now a new ABS unit. He some how expects this under warranty, when we never replaced the ABS unit.
Some customers are just never happy and make it very difficult to be in business these days. Never the less, we have very few complaints and many many good reviews - been in business 20 yrs so I guess this speaks for itself
I beg to differ. As soon as I left the workshop the ABS was very sensitive. It only ended up lasting a few days and then showed brake failure. When I contacted Motohansa I was told to drop it off. I called 3 times throughout a few weeks for someone to call me back and let me know what is going on. I finally get an email from Rob saying it is out of warranty. So, I said how much it would cost to repair, new unit! Never heard back for weeks!!!! I didn’t even argue about the option of replacing the ABS unit. With this “service” I decide to just rock up and collect the bike. On arrival do you think he said, we are still looking into it, etc….nothing, not a peep. Ultimately if had got a price back for replacing the ABS unit I would have then pushed for a discount considering the “according to them” temp fix already had 2K from the time it was fixed. place is dead, just go and have a look. Go to St Peters BMW and see the difference.
I spent 12K on the same bike years back and chose these guys to fix it for an insurance job. So no, I am not biased. Failed customer service...
Motohansa is the first and last name in quality premium motorcycle service and equipment. All of the staff provide considerate advice and genuine product information. I have had 3 bikes serviced here, the team are proactive in communication about what and when service is needed and they handle my bikes as if they were their own. Riding away from a service at Motohansa is like riding away on a brand new bike. If you need tools for beemers this the only place to go. Tony Pizzamiglio.
