Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka

I have a 2003 pajero and I needed to know the location of the front AC relay and was told they could not show me and if a technician was required they would need to charge me (ka-ching!). I am so disappointed at the lack of care demonstrated as I have bought 2 new pajeros over the years and this is a slap in the face.... Beware all future Mitsubishi car buyers !!!!

I did not have a good experience at all. Looked at a 2013 ASX and test drove it. It was a smooth ride and we were very impressed. We put a deposit down that day and had to wait a week over the holidays to do the finance. Picked the car up the following Tuesday to discover a loud funny noise coming from what sounded like the tyres. (It wasnt there when we test drove it)It took the salesperson a day to get back to us and we had to take it in for them to replace a tyre and the noise is still there. We got a "oh well you purchased the car so you will have to wait until service department is free in February for it to be diagnosed" they wouldnt even put it up on the hoist to check! Completely dissatisfied with the service provided by this dealership.

First time I went to get my car service there. All the staff are extremely helpful & high standard of customer service.

Last month We traded in our Nissan Navara on a new Pajero. Got the car we wanted, (the guys hunted down the model and colour) got the deal we needed, the finance was so good, (much cheaper than a bank loan) and they got insurance for us with our preferred insurer at a better price than we could get! Couldn't ask for more! ... But wait there is more, yesterday we dropped the car in for its first 1500k service. Couldn't be happier, very professional and on time, I will be recommending Motorama Mitsubishi at Marooka to my family and friends. Thanks guys Daniela

Super happy with my new car. I first went to Zupps at Capalaba and was told that nobody could test drive a car until after the sale they had on and that i couldn't test drive a manual b ut if i signed up for the car i could test drive one monday. They were a total waste of time and i was very annoyed that each staff member who walked past asked if i had seen the balloons because there was a sale on. So stupid!!!.

I went back to work and called mitsubishi motorama moorooka and asked if they had a manual lancer Active or ES to drive. They said come in at 9 the next morning and well have a coffee and a chat and drive some cars. I did just that and signed up for my new Lancer Activ sportsback.
