New owners new attitude used 3 times in last 2 months very happy with service. I will using them in the future.

New to the motorcycle world, I really had no idea where to start. Luckily I found Motorcycle Land in Howitt Street Ballarat. Even though these guys were busy, they still showed genuine interest in my enquiries and offered exceptional guidance, advice and support. Highly recommend.

Bought a Sherco from these people back in January. From day 1 I wasn't happy. They did not take the indicators or anything off when they delivered the bike with rec reg. Also the manager told me i had to pull the bike apart to change the wiring loom so that the indicators could be taken off. This was bull but i started doing it anyway and was furious that the dealership didn't do it for me. I also informed them that my mate who bought a 2020 Husky had the indicators and what was needed taken off, they said "Well Husky make more money on these bikes than us so if you didnt bargain with us we may have had time to do it". ?????????? I have since made a few calls to them for some advice and they never are happy to help. Its an effort for them every time and these guys only want to help out when there is $$$$$ in it for them. There are a few Sherco dealers out there now and i suggest not going through these guys

Terrible service by an arrogant mechanic. Did a shoty job on fixing my carby at exorbident price. Which then caused a hole to melt on my air box the day I ride out. He then blames the bike even though I have had it for 5 years and never had this happen before. Please don't waste your money here.

The most obnoxious over priced mechanics I've ever been to in my life.

Took my bike in for a RWC , They failed it and quotes $600 to straighten my handle bars , align my wheel and headlight and tole me they'd need to rivet a crack on my plastic guard ? put steel through fiber glass ? Do they really think people are that stupid ?
