Was caught in a situation where I couldn't move my car without a hose (very simple clip on vent hose) but they wouldn't get part for me because parts was closed. Lied multiple times, was rude to me and then one young salesman (nicely sporting his tattoos) started getting aggressive with my father-in-law. In the background the sales manager was laughing and 'spying on our reactions' as they kept lying about reasons not to help us and being rude. Have never been treated so badly by a business before and I've lived in 4 countries.

The woman on the main desk (it was a Saturday) was condescending and aloof.

What they didn't know was that as we left so did a prospective buyer. She said 'if that's the service you get once buy a BMW then I'm not buying it from there'. Probably cost the business owner a lot of money.

I have been a customer of Motorline BMW for a few years now, getting my 520d GT serviced. I’ve always found the front desk staff to be very friendly, supportive and efficient. I’ve also always had positive results with the quality of the services of my car. There has only ever been one mix-up, and that was where a wrong part was ordered - seat leather instead of back of seat leather.
Hence, I’m only too happy to recommend these guys. ????

Terrible AVOID!
I had been here recently with an intent to buy from this dealer and I came out of the showroom with great disappointment! Right from the start, it was a very bad experience. Even during the test drive, Erik ( sales person)didn’t seem very keen to entertain our queries and was least interested in conversing with us.
We also spoke to Frank and he was extremely rude and intimidating in all his conversations. His gestures were very aggressive and his language included lines such as “you LISTEN”, “ DONT YOU UNDERSTAND “... our overall experience has been very bitter and though, we really wanted to go ahead and close the deal, the customer service in this showroom disuaded us from going ahead. Extremely unpleasant !

Happily bought my new car, definitely didnt know it was a beginning of a nightmare... sales are good with they're words(duh)... but when it comes to service team.. you may want to reconsider getting a car here.
long story short,,, my car started to make weird noise on the 2nd months after I bought my car. and almost a year by now, my use-to-be-brand-new car still not fixed, and they started to avoid the problem, forcing me to believe that it is normal. This is the WORST BMW dealership ever! Recently my number plates were stolen so I took new plates to BMW Daisy Hill to get the new ones attached. When i arrived, I was told to park my car and they said they were going to get someone for me. I waited for 20mins outside in the sun and they didnt come back-turns out they "forgot". I asked them that I wanted to re-attach my number plates- my front number plate was already attached and the back one had to be attached by BMW because of the specifications. I told them to make sure to check the front was aswell. They brought my car back with only the back plate nicely attached with a cover on it- they left the front one as it is- it looked so bad that the back one was nice with the cover and the front one was just hanging!
