Terrible experience at this mechanic. Parter left in tears after being belittled and intimidated. They suck you in with vouchers and members discounts then dont even apply them. Didn't complete the work we actually went in for but managed to find a lot of other expensive issues!
Stick to logbook service only, avoid all "Urgent" repairs and take time to shop around. Ignore the pressure from the mechanic!
Service is OK but check properly the work after: I had to return the car 4 time in separate occasions as they didn't properly inserted the oil plug. Thanks god for the warranty for service.
