Save yourself the drama

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Want to know why I gave these guys 1 star? Because 0 stars is not an option. This business is a disgrace and the reason dealers get bad names. They are nice, friendly and accommodating until they have your money, then it's no longer their problem. Purchased a car in cash and have had nothing but problems. They've been arrogant, rude and evasive while trying to solve these problems which SHOULD be covered under my warranty. Their customer reviews say enough, wish I read them before buying.

If you're going to buy from these guys makes sure everyThing is roadworthy. They sold me a car with bald tyres, squealing brakes and stuffed rotors. I complained and they'd only fix the tyres with secondhand ones and wouldn't touch the rotors. Drove the car 998kms on roadworthy with 2kms to go before a new one! Absolute joke of a place. Don't know how they're still in business. Great service until you buy the car.

Do not buy from them!!! Brought a 2010 wrx from them thinking I would be safe buying from a car yard. How wrong I was they made a deal with me that the car would come with six months rego and a tow bar to installed within two weeks it has since been almost three months still nothing I go in every week and they tell me to email a different owner everytime and say that it's going through lawyers. It is very frustrating I don't want much after spending 36 thousand dollars!

Excellent service until you purchase the vehicle. Make sure you get everything in writing because after the deal is done they don't want to know you. They will not return calls and tell you excuses time after time until you give up. VERY POOR SERVICE !!They don't even deserve half a star!
