I was referred to Mount Alexander conveyancing through Oneflare and Sally came up with the most competitive quote from the list of Conveyancers that I was sent. I purchased a property in Brookfield giving the Vendor just 14days to settle which also put Sally under the pump to deliver. I can say that I am very impressed by Sally and her work ethic although at times it can be frustrating trying to contact her due to them being what appears to be a one woman show. This said, out of the 6 settlements that I have been through, I would rate Mount Alexander as the very best that I have delt with. After I decided to cancel my house and land contract which led to a stressful time ahead, Sally helped me to get a full refund. The company tried tactics referring to us never contacting them regarding my wish to withdraw, but Sally had kept evidence which proved otherwise and resulted in myself receiving a full refund. I was very stressed over this time as i tried to get my money back many ways, but it was with Sally's help and accurate document keeping that I managed to get my refund and alleviate the stress. My circumstance was very rare and Sally was able to handle it in a way that got me my desired outcome. it is important to have someone who will go to bat for you if something goes wrong, and Sally provided this for me.

Staff said they were coming to my home for a meeting , within the next 3 days, waited for them to call and confirm time , which they DIDN'T , then leaving 2 other messages on days following, and no one from that office bothering to get back to me,

After a week of being put off by them , l called to cancel everything but was cut off, when leaving a message on the MACHINE, when l called back could not leave a message , (they figured it was me and were monitoring the machine) it was obvious they did not want my business they are RUDE and do NOT have the courtesy to get back to people leaving messages.

The worst experience I have ever had. This company never answers the phone and made me nervous throughout the whole process.

You get what you pay for1 Even though it seems cheap, they are not even worth the money for all the stress they caused.
