My mother passed away in Castlemaine hospital. The man from Mount Alexander Funerals was there seeing someone else and had heard my mother passed. He "approached" us and said that whilst he was there already we may as well discuss funeral details. Later, after offers to go for higher cost add ons which we declined but still kept getting offered, when it was all over, in our bill we were charged for "an after hours call out" extra for the time he approached us an initiated the contact in the hospital. How good was that!?
Hello Tazzz, I have just read your comments about the way we cared for your family at the time of your mothers passing. I am really sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our service.
