Local resident. Staff often become overwhelmed and rude when there are four or more customers and tend to forget who ordered what. For instance the other morning I asked for a soy mocha, which they gave to a man who came in after me, while I was sitting in plain view eating my pastries on my phone. After a while they asked me if I actually ordered anything to which I replied "yes a large soy mocha" to which they spoke amongst themselves "oh haha I gave it to that guy" no apology. I was late for work at this point and said I have to leave, in a hurry. No offer of refund or anything else made. On my way to work I called them and asked to at least get the coffee I paid for, which she proceeded to call a "freebie" which makes no sense as I had all ready paid for it.
Came in this morning and was welcomed with a cold reception with no intention of customer retention. A lot of locals my age have stopped coming here ...read more
