Time out for Mamas on Tamborine Mountain!These time out sessions start with 45 minutes of Yoga to warm your body and focus your mind.
Then you'll be guided through a variety of modalities - including breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation, dance, creative movement, journaling, storytelling, inner life work, sharing circle and craft.
Each session will close with cups of herbal tea.
