So helpful team , very genuine prices. Services are the best. They helped me in my moving. The guys also did extra work for no extra money . They are well presented and friendly . Would recommend move 4 cheap to everyone . Melbourne people they are the best in market . Please book them .

I was quoted $85 for pick up in brunswick to deliver a small cabinet to prahran. I added all the important information of the dimensions, weight and how many levels it would need to be carried up. I booked for 12pm and they arrived at the pick up location at 1:45. Originally booked for one man with a van but they showed up with two men and a truck. I explained that it needed to be taken up to level 3 and they refused to do it. The job would have been cheaper if I didn’t pay for it to be taken up the levels. They left it at the bottom of the stairs in my apartment building and took my money. No professionalism, no customer service not even a hello. Rude, unfriendly and irresponsible people. Don’t move with this company.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this company! They are un reliable, pathetic and have absolutely NO customer service. They advertise $55 for an hour service that they don't even provide in the first place! I was told by the boss John that I was meant to read the terms and conditions that states they start at an HOUR and a HALF for $82+. Move 4 cheap where meant to be at my house at 12pm... I had to call them at 12:10pm asking where they were and the removalist then informs me they will be an HOUR late due to the client before me. There was no courtesy call or care and they rocked up at 1:20pm!!! I left my details with the company for John the boss to contact me back... It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of him and never received a phone call back after leaving my details numerous times! I am appalled at such POOR customer service and wouldn't recommend this to anyone! I would give them a (NEGATIVE) 5 stars!!!

Booked a removal from my Storage unit in Victoria to Queensland. Booked month in advance, paid deposit to confirm dates. Read reviews most were good. We planned for them to arrive between 1-3pm on Wed. I organised dad to come from 2 hours away to help. Storage unit was on the 2nd floor, the plan was for us to unload, send it down the elevator for them to pack the truck. Also wanted to keep an eye on how they packed as we had some fragile and expensive belongings. On the Tues night, received a call to say the truck was 30mins away and could we meet them. Told them no, not until the arranged time. He said but the truck is already in Newcastle. When asked what Newcastle had to do with us he realised he had called the wrong customer but promised our truck was still on track for a 2pm arrival (first lie) . ...read more
