Really disappointed in the customer service. Was told they would arrive to my stroage unit between 11am and 3pm. When I expressed concern that if they were running late at all the storage unit closes at 4pm and I would not be able to access anything that needed moving. I was assured this would not happen before booking, I was told I would get a phone call an hour before anticipated arrival and the pick up point. When it was 2:30pm and I hadn't heard from the company I called concerned that they would not make it in time. When talking to the lady who answered she causally said they were runnign behind but would be there as soon as she could. When I pointed out that if as soon as they could wasn't before 4:00pm then storage place would be closed and they wouldn't be able to pick up anything that needed moving she hung up. Guys were late, we asked for 3 and recieved 2 without being told. Overcharged our quote and that is after being given one less guy. Have called for some money back and get rude customer service. They kept insisting that I was wrong in what I was quoted yet I have TWO emails with their quotes. They now refuse to email or call me back.
We used these guys because they provided the lowest quote but that was a huge mistake. The movers arrived late and worked very slow. They insisted we buy services we didn't want, even threatening to leave if we didn't buy them. The job took much longer and was much more expensive than we were quoted. They were rude and aggressive when we tried to talk to them. I complained to the company and they just blew me off. I would definitely not recommend this company or ever use them again. A total nightmare.
