We waited too, but you wait at every doctor's surgery. I found the reception staff friendly and helpful, when I rang and made the appt, when I had to reschedule and when we went in. The doctor was lovely, joking with the kids, and gave them lollipops which was a great distraction for his needles. The nurse was also very nice. All round a good practice. There are a couple of brochures fir cosmetic procedures, but most of the info is about non-violence to medical staff and the usual collection of medical brochures(depression, blood pressure etc).

Made an appointment for 11:15am and was told to come in 10 minutes early to update details. Waited over an hour an watched person after person arrive after us and get in to see a doctor straight away. No explanation as to why appointment was running late. This is highly unsatisfactory as I made an appointment and even arrived 15 minutes early. If you are in pain and need to see a doctor do NOT bother going to this clinic.

The most appalling medical practice in existence. Took our youngest son (1) for his immunisations on Monday. Despite having an appointment and being told to "be a bit early" we ended up waiting 45 minutes (not including the 15 minutes before our appointment time) with a SCREAMING one year old and a very restless three year old. All the while getting absolute death stares from the receptionists. Every inch of the walls is dedicated to cosmetic procedures and there is not a toy in sight for the littlies. When we finally got called we saw a doctor who had a very poor grasp on the English language. Had to explain four times what we were there for. After checking our sons temperature then giving both boys a lollipop (how does he know they are even allowed them, or that our one year old wouldn't choke?) we were taken to see a nurse who also could barely speak English. DO NOT go here unless absolutely necessary. I went recently just to get a doctors all clear to do a physical test for work. All that was required was a blood pressure test, a resting heart rate and an obvious visual check. 5mins tops, they charged me $165, I almost had a heart attack, lucky I didn't as I wouldn't have been able to afford it at this place unless giving up a kidney.

Can never get an appointment when you are sick. You have to be able to predict when you are going to be sick just so you can assure you can get an appointment. Reception staff are extremely rude both on the phone and in person. Now today I have just rung to enquire of the after hours clinic to be told that it is not operating for the next few weeks as there are no doctors. No good to those who work full time and can't get an appointment anyway. Avoid with the widest of berths if possible
