Trailer was fine but when I returned it late by mistake I queried the charge but was treated like a criminal and told I should have told them I was going to keep it indefinitely and what did I want them to do about it.
Rubbish customer service, Plenty of other hire companies out there to use.
I'I was truly disappointed with my hire experience.
I arrived at the garage at 12.40 and tried to pick up my hire ute. The staff struggled to complete the hire as the ute had not been unlocked on their system and they were unable to release the key to me.
