Movement Systems

So I've taken two bikes here to be serviced, simply because I phoned up and they offered lower prices than other bike shops. The first bike, I asked for them to replace the tubes and tyres, instead they just replaced the tubes and gave it back to me saying the tyres were fine -- when I took the bike home, it couldn't be ridden for more than 5 minutes without going flat. For the other bike, it had been serviced by them before, they replaced the tubes and put the tyres on, recently I took this same bike back to them and just asked them to service the gears and replace the chain. Not only did it take over a week for them to do this, but in doing so, they somehow blew up a very expensive front tyre of my bike, I received a call from the bike-mechanic who admitted that he was on the phone (not paying attention) and left the bike tyre pumping only to hear it explode whilst he was on the phone.
