This method allows you to discover greater comfort in everyday activities and an improved flexibility of mind and body.
What is Movement Wisdom?
Movement Wisdom was established by certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and experienced Physiotherapist Tali Plotnik. Tali has worked for 10 years in several areas of physiotherapy including Neurology, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and chronic pain. Tali combines her broad background in Physiotherapy with the holistic approach of the Feldenkrais Method to provide a unique environment for learning and change.
Services offered:
Individual Sessions: Lessons are specifically tailored for your individual needs and abilities. Tali uses gentle touch and subtle movements to help you release restrictive postural habits and discover more pleasurable ways to move. Hi-caps available.
Group Sessions: Tali verbally guides you through a planned sequence of movements whilst using your ability to sense, think, feel and imagine. Classes are 60 minutes and are low impact, gentle and relaxing. ...read more
