Moving Forward saved the day!! The customer service i received from start to finish was amazing! I moved from Narre Warren to Carnegie, when I had booked i had previously told them what items i was moving, however on move day i noticed that i had quite alot more items than what i had originally advised of, i requested a 4 ton truck thinking it would be enough, even after alot of attempts made by Moving Forward to upgrade me, i thought it would be big enough. Obviously i was wrong haha and had to do a 2nd trip, it was my own fault though so i cant fault Moving Forward at all :). Even so, the team met me half way with the pricing to ensure i stayed within my budget even though i was at fault!! AMAZING!!! would definitely deal with again!! Even with the 2nd trip my move was stress free and very pleasant. Thanks heaps and keep up the good work.

I am delighted with the service this company provides! All of the staff were courteous, polite and punctual. The truck was spotless and the two guys, Davide and Robin really made me feel at ease. I even got a call after my move to check that I was happy with everything. I will most definitely be using this company for my next move!

Moving Forward carried out my move for me and I have to say from my initial enquiry right the way through my move was great. All of the staff were polite, professional and friendly. As this was my first time moving I did not know what to expect but the whole team made me feel completely at ease despite my concerns over some very delicate items. I couldnt have asked for it to go smoother and I have been raving about the service to my friends and family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move.

David and his team were great. From start to finish we felt comfortable that we dealing with a reputable removalist company. Whilst some other quotes we received were cheaper, it was reassuring to know we were dealing with the owner who takes pride in his work. Our job was not huge, but involved a narrow stair case which made it tricky, with the risk of damaging our furniture high. On David's advice we opted for a 3rd man on the job. This ensured the move did not take all day and the extra pair of hands came in handy when taking the heavy TV stand down the stairs. Having been burnt before with goods that were damaged or goods that disappeared from storage previously, I know first hand the cost of dealing with a rogue moving company. In this game cheapest is not the best, sure you might pay a little more, but the move is stress free and your valuables arrive as they left

arrived 2.5 hours late. damaged my brand new fridge dragging it along concrete. they assured me their insurance would cover it. say they will be in contact within two weeks. after three weeks i email and phone them with no response. finally at almost four weeks and telling them i am going to consumer affairs they respond by telling me that the client has to pay the $500 excess even though they caused the damage. they tell me to read the fine print on the booking form. They will only communicate this via email and no one would help me on the phone. Customer service zero, actual service zero.
