Its now the 25th february i ordered a new fan over a month ago i have called 3 times and keep getting told the part is on order but not sure when its due in thats all they can tell me, waist of time dont bother dealing with these people no help at all.
I ordered the part myself from all mower spares in nsw and paid including delivery $40.00 less than you quoted me, people do yourself a favour if you need oarts contact all mower spares in nsw much cheaper and parts were here in 2 days.....
Fantastic service, I took my Stihl whipper snipper into the store on Saturday morning with a broken starter cord & they fixed it right there & then on the front counter. The charge was extremely reasonable. I could not be happier & I will definitely be back when I require consumables, service or a replacement machine. Thanks guys
Running a commercial mower business I understand the pressures of summer time in this industry. I currently have 5 Toro Z Masters all purchased from Mower World, as well as Stihl brushcutters and blowers. The advice I received from the boys at Mower World when purchasing the equipment and the service provided since has been second to none. I would recommend their service and also the products I purchased from them to anyone.
Extremely slow and poor service in both booked jobs and walk in service. Took 2 weeks to get a mower serviced, priced ended up been 3times the quoted. They carried out work I asked them not to, as it was not needed. Would strongly recommend anyone else but these guys.
Unfortunately, there are people in this world that have unrealistic expectations when attempting to have broken down, geriatric, imported equipment repaired, in the middle of the busy season. Work load and parts availability, especially for old machinery that was not originally sold in this country, dictate repair times... not a lack of service on the part of the repairer.
