Born in Melbourne and attained his medical degree at the University of Melbourne in 1988. He completed his Orthopaedic training locally throughout Melbourne and has completed further training Fellowships around the world. During this period Andrew completed extensive research, published & presented nationally & internationally.

Mr Weber specialises in ACL knee reconstruction, knee & shoulder arthroscopic reconstruction, shoulder stabilisation and knee & shoulder joint replacement, elbow arthrocopies.
