Avoid Mr.appliance at all costs. This is truly a terrible company to deal with. They quote dispatch into 48 hrs but I have been waiting 8 days and the product has not been dispatched. Won't answer their phone, website contact links are disconnected. So impossible to deal with them. Don't get tucked in like I did.

CAUTION they rarely respond to emails when they do they cant tell you anything about your order.
I paid by credit card on the website so they took my money then took a month with out any explanation as to order status only to send only partial order with missing parts.
MR Appliance do not answer the phone ever. The partial delivery I eventually recieved listed a separate company as their warehouse when I was able to speak to the warehouse company they told me they had the missing item but I needed to get in contact with MR Warehouse as the entire order was showing I was sent parts didnt get and parts I did get were showing as back order.
Nightmare customer experience still waiting for some sort of resolution.
Just going through a similar experience, they sent me the wrong tracking number. Now they are not responding to any emails, can't telephone them. So how am I suppose to resolve this?
