Terrible cleaner and very rude!!!!
This cleaner does NOT do end of lease cleans as he states in his pamphlet. I paid for him to do two houses and both (one leaving a rental and the other preparing to be rented) and both required other cleaners to come in and do the work he should have done. So you basically pay twice!! Even when he was asked by the agent to go back and fix up the multitude of things he had missed, he still did not do them. Then when I called him about it he starting yelling at me straight away and hung up. He also told me to go to the small claims tribunal (obviously he has experience with this) so I will do just that. Plus I will post to the local community pages on FB so that others can avoid doing business with him at all costs.
His name is Henry - If you hire him you will be kissing your money (and possibly your bond) goodbye!!!
Extremely disappointed - Henry falsely claimed that he could complete a vacate clean for us however our real estate vacate report and photos showed that carpets, floors, walls, toilets, showers, laundry trough etc etc etc were not clean.
When we approached Henry re: this issue he was rude and defensive, and stated he had completed what he was paid for. He stated the real estate agents are 'often young and inexperienced' at assessing what constitutes a clean house, and was unable to make time to go back and complete the clean to an appropriate standard.
When we stated to Henry that we wanted a refund he refused, and only offered to go back and complete the clean when we advised we would be posting negative reviews and following up via small claims. By this stage we did not feel comfortable continuing to do business with Henry and requested contact via text only.

walked around picking up bits of fluff and crumbs off the carpet after telling me he specialises in carpet cleaning.. if he had done the carpets properly there shouldnt have been any crumbs on there
