Don’t bother with them, they dodge their responsibilities when it comes to warranties. They try to pass you over to the manufacture when in fact they have a legal responsibility to handle the complaint themselves.
They claim that we damaged the recliner WITHOUT even looking at it, they must have psychic powers or something.
$4,000 Leather Lounge Suite.
They are refusing to honour their warranty.
Six weeks of emails and still no resolution.
These days with Social Media it astounds me that businesses are this stupid.

(Hoppers Crossing Mr Furniture) Long story short l was sold a damage item l waited 4 weeks with no idea what was happening. I had to chase up myself on what was happening to my item. Nobody bothered to call me and update me. On the day of the exchange l got the item ready for pick up so l could get my new item. Nobody turned up, they close at 5pm the time was 4:50pm. I called, I was told your item will be deliverd after 5pm. 10mins later l get a call, sorry we can not deliver your item an emergancy we need to attend to??? I have no where to sleep??? They say it will be delivered in the morning??? very angry!!!!!!

Service is really poor put a deposit on a be for my son was told it would be in next week and now its 2 week later still got no bed and they done even no what is going on one of the staffs that I spoke to was very rude will never shoo there again

Well priced bargain furniture. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Will definately shop there again

I spent $3500 in this store, after having a problem with a bed I was called stupid and a liar. I am a big supporter of local business but after this experience big chain stores might be the way to go.
