Mr Fusspot's Dry Cleaners

DEVASTATED at the ruin of my pants. I took a pair of of vintage orange pants (one of a kind) in to be dry cleaned, and they ended up with an obvious blue stain all around the waistband that 'could not be removed', though it wasn't there before. I took the pants home and washed with SARD (even though the care label said not to spot clean), and watched as blue/black ink washed into the basin. The stain had quite clearly been caused by a contaminated machine. I called to complain and demand a refund and was, to put it nicely, less than satisfied with the response. I do not recommend using the service, and will not be going back there. It was also RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE and took FOREVER! - $12 for one pair of pants.
