To be charged $130 to cap off a gas heater is excessive. No written quote given (I wrote down $85 in my diary but they tell me I am wrong) Either way ... no offer to negotiate a fair figure. The gas heater we had could not be serviced as it was in a bedroom. Fair enough and the technician explained this but NO service had to be done. I will use someone else next time. So should you!
After many recent disappointing experiences with tradesmen, Matt and Peter from Mr Gasman were like a burst of fresh air! Their punctuality, reliability, honesty, pleasantness and "can do" attitudes to our gas heating problems gave us reassurance and confidence. Peter was amazing the way he took control and got things done. We can't thank him enough. The whole team at Mr Gasman are great to deal with, friendly and positive!
