AVOID AT ALL COST... seriously go anywhere else, look interstate or even overseas if you have too. If you can't, I would suggest just setting fire to your car it will be less of a headache. I gave them my CLS63 AMG for repairs after it was T-Boned and my insurance suggested them as a prestige panel shop... Far from it!! They gave me back my car incomplete with parts missing and my back door not even fitted correctly. They didn't even have the parts to repair my car so held onto my car for a week with no work and Graeme gives you EVERY excuse under the sun!! In total I had to go back here 4 times to get them to fix up the mess they caused. They are extremely unprofessional with no regard of how inconvenient their poor workmanship is. Never Ever Again!!

I'm a returning client and just as happy with the results this time as the first time! I just want to say a huge THANKS to Graham & Frank who have again looked after my Mercedes repair needs to an exceptional standard. Not only did they do an amazing job, my baby looks brand new again. I'm hoping that I won't need any more of your services guys :-) but if I do, I'll be looking you up again. Thanks for the great customer service!

Got recommended to go to Mr gloss and repair my Mini cooper.
All seemed ok when the service manager (Graham) indicated to drop the car off on a Tuesday for the assessor.
That Friday they called me to say that the part will e in the following Wednesday and what i wanted to do with the car.

I too can't recommend Mr. Gloss to repair your car. I had them repair my near-new HSV R8 and whilst the panel work was done very well. The re-fitting of parts they had removed was a messy disaster. They damaged paintwork, didn't know how to re-fit my window and fitted back the window garnish they had broken during removal. The car's interior was a mess of filler dust and finger prints everywhere. What a disappointment. Never again...

I have a Wonderful BMW that I adore unfortunately in less than 9 months it's been in two accidents I was buttered and stresse I telephoned my BMW dealer in Sth Yarra and they recommended Mr Gloss. On both occasions I was extremely impressed with the friendly service and the professionalism. Equally impressive was the quality of workmanship on both occasions. Whilst the Boss was on the phone I asked one of the panel beaters what's it like working at Mr Gloss? He responded genuinely and in a positive and happy way, indicating that it's a great work environment and it shows . More importantly Mr Gloss fixed the little things that were not part of the quote which amazed me. Thanks to Graeme and his employees I have no hesitation recommending Mr Gloss any of my friends or family.
