Near to my workplace and sells awesome coffee! The aroma is just right to give you a wakeup call in the morning before starting work.
My fav is cappuccino. The lunch time is busy too, as the place sells fresh food with variety to choose from deli, sandwiches, salads, hot food or a proper sit down!

Haven't had these muffins at Mr Grazier in a long time, ordering my favourite with hot choc to keep me warm in the morning. I must try to avoid peak hour morning rush as the wait time just to get a muffin and hot choc was long. A few days before i did come down to get some breakfast, a bacon and egg muffin meal and it looked like there were only a few people in front of me. All the sandwiches and muffins were already made just needed to be toasted but it felt like i was waiting for 20minutes. Seems like the focus is on getting the drink orders up to date so the wait time with only 2 staff doing the toasting was not quick enough. Everything tasted good but service just needs to be quicker especially in a mad rush. Other than that i still enjoyed my muffin and hot choc.
One of the best muffins i've ever had. Not sure if Mr Grazier freshly bake them but wouldn't know where else to get these berry muffins. Biting into it the inside is just so fluffy and soft. Can taste the flavours of the berries. Goes well with my morning hot chocolate. Sometimes i just have the muffin on its own as a quick breakfast. its big enough to get full on. They have different berries types of muffins on different days, like blueberry, or raspberry or mixed berry but all taste good. Mr Grazier is quite a popular place in the morning. The coffee line is fairly long. At lunch time i don't see Mr Grazier as busy but a fair few colleagues do order the salad to go and say it tastes good and is healthy. Mr Grazier also sells sandwiches and wraps which looks fresh. The seating arrangement to dine is fairly open so even without ordering anything you can even sit and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Great place for muffin and coffee if you are a morning person.
