What a horrible female who appears to be the manager,first of all as i was waiting in line and i hear her yelling at one of the other staff members,profanity included and there were children within ear shot,not very professional.
Second,she's really slow, and obnoxious in her tone of voice,and patronizing when asked a simple question like "are there any case's of Corona",its really not the way to treat customers.
Thirdly,breathe smells of alcohol and wears no uniform and has a very scruffy appearance.
And i noticed she will get chatting with some customers she likes while there is a full line of people waiting to be served,so most of the time it takes 15-20 minutes,then i have to run to get my bus.
Im a regular customer and this isn't the first time i've seen this person do this, how does she keep her job.
