Mr Muffler Lilydale

Had my exhaust fixed at Mr Muffler Lilydale, got a quote, thought it was high $350, needed it done. When it came to payment added another $35 for GST, would have been nice if they had included it in the original quote. Cost me $385, felt ripped off. Two days later the exhaust was loose and leaking. Got if fixed somewhere else, tightened a loose exhaust clamp. Needless to say, wont be going back there.

Mr Muffler Lilydale cost me over $1500 in labour and repairs after damaging my air conditioning. Soon after they worked on the car, my exhaust system even started coming apart (easy fix $75).
I sent Mr Muffler pictures of the damage to my condensor along with a description of the damage from Holden clearly describing their faults, to which, they not only wouldn't cover the cost of the damage, they wouldn't even agree to refund the money (or part there of) I had spent on the labour for them to break my condensor. Eventually my Car was back to the exact same condition it was before Mr Muffler touched it, the only difference being I was $1,600 poorer. All I wanted was a roadworthy certificate. Dishonest! Disgraceful!
