Very bad experience at Mr Pizza. They don't customers service skills at all. One of the boy taking order and i think the owner of the shop is very rude. I placed my order over the phone and i was finished with the order. then i asked him sorry can you also put chilly flakes on it. He suddenly started shouting at me , saying that i already asked you if your order is finished and now you are saying chilly flakes too and started saying go to other shop and i am not gonna take your order. There is also a proper way to talk to the customers as well.i think what they think is that they got enough customers and it doesnt matter if they talk bad with some of them it does not gonna affect their business which is not good for them
I used to order from this place regularly until tonight. Called up to get 2 large pizzas delivered and was told they should be delivered within 30-35 mins ended up waiting almost 50 minutes before i called them only to find out they had just come out of the oven after 50 minutes!!
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN, NO SENSE AT ALL FROM STAFF TO CALL AND UPDATE OF WHAT IS HAPPENING!
