I needed a 16kg mirror to be hung so called Mr Reliable. They charge $70 an hour without a callout fee. I thought this was a good deal and assumed it would take 30 minutes maximum to complete given I had previously had another handyman out to do the same job a few years ago in an apartment. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to do, the job was quite slow, and there was a problem with drilling so Mr Reliable left two extra holes in my wall and a large mark from attempting to put the mirror on the wall. The job was completed, but I would have thought that a professional would have fixed the holes and the mark on the wall or offered a discount. I wouldn't use these services again, but perhaps this is a one-off. I would confirm the price before committing to get the job done. Shame, as the person was really nice.
