Promptly attended to do quote which I paid $495 for.
Advised would come back to do the work the following week (post Covid guidelines).
Never happened. Has left me high & dry & moneyspent I could little afford.

Martin came over for a quote. Was polite and friendly initially. Later when I tried to book him in for a job he kept dragging his feet, I suspect because the job was small. Yet he wouldn't say he did not want to take it, just never replied to my messages. Until a week later when I told him I was fed up on chasing he told me he's too busy for the jobs. What a waste of time.

I had the exact same experience, I paid $400 for an "investigation" that yeilded wrong information. I contacted another plumber in Fitzroy who investigated, quoted and completed the job for the same price.
Exactly the same experience recently. $495 for a quote then does not proceed with the work.
Wish I'd read this review before contacting them.
