I have been trying to get Grant to fix my floor for almost 12 months after his company first did work on renovating my floor.
He takes forever to answer calls or emails. I am still not satisfied as the covering now appears to be lifting ( which has a 5 year guarantee against) but he is supplying excuses as to why it is not covered. This is after I had to get them back 3 times to rectify the initial problems . It appears I will have to go to Dept of Fair Trading to have the problem rectified
I hand Mr Sandless conquer my old wood polished floors at Blackalls Park. The floors are 15 years old plus it had wood that was unpolished where a fire place used to be at some stage. The process was easy and I didn't have to move out to get the old floors sanded and replace so we opted to have them overhauled with this method. The floors actually look amazing and like new and look shiny when you open up the front doors. We was back within the house that afternoon and having 3 kids it helped us out instead of being out for days. I would highly recommend this system A plus very happy customer .......
