Mr Windscreens and Tinting

My car was left unlocked, without a driver's side window on the street with no one in store, the doors were locked shut. Called Graham to ask why he did so, he told me he was buying the glass. Told him I was unhappy as my car could be stolen, he hung up on me. I had to call the police to encourage Graham to come give me my keys back.
Terrible customer service.
No respect for my car leaving it on the street unlocked.
Do not use Mr. Windscreens services.

I initially contacted RACV to arrange the windscreen on my Mazda 3 to be replaced. They quoted $360 however, no bookings were available until Monday (I had called Thursday morning). I contacted Mobile Windscreens Melbourne who quoted $275 and could do the job the next day between 12-2pm. Mr Windscreens Preston arrived at 1.15pm (apparently same company), the technician was professional and efficient and did a fabulous job. Could not fault. He also advised upon completion, not to wash the car or slam the doors for the next 24 hours. Any issues or concerns we were told to feel free to contact him directly. I would definitely use again, very happy with their service and price.

Quoted me 245 for a new windscreen replacement. wanted an extra 50 for a rubber??? Left a mess in my garage= dissatisfied customer would not recommend

Really unimpressed with this company. I had booked two days in advance to be told when they arrived they were just looking at the cars Window and not actually replacing it, after an argument they decided to replace the Window but quoted an extra $100 as they 'only had a factory standard window'. I had told them two days before the make and model of my car. They replaced the Window and tint after some time but upon inspection I realised the Window AND new tint had a huge scratch in it! They very reluctantly agreed to come back out the next day and replace it again, 4 days later and lots of phone calls on my part has left me with a new unscratched window but with bubbles in the tint!! Not $500 worth!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and save yourself a some money. Total waste of time and very unprofessional

User beware!! had a windscreen replaced & there is a problem with the trim around the windscreen- fell out on one side, installer came back & super glued it to the windscreen, not happy with the result, contacted Mr Windscreens & was told I would have to go to them which I did, management came out & had a look told me that is how it should be & walked away & left me standing in the driveway, customer service at its worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
