ordered 2 milkshakes. supposed to be "old fashioned milkshakes". they turned out super watery and sugary. like milk and syrup only. other places had thicker shakes. i thought old fashioned milkshakes were made with ice cream and were thicker? had vanilla and strawberry. very hard to swallow. service is very very slow. but rather polite.
Ordered 3 days before required. Ordered a certain package for brunch. The main part of the package i required was muffins. When i arrived to collect my package i was informed they had not backed and muffins that day so they had given me extra brownies. No phone call or any attempt to make contact with me before hand to advise me they could not fulfill my order. I asked to speak to the management and was advised he would call me after his weekend off. That was over a month ago and still no phone call. Great products but unreliable especially in the management department. Would rather buy elsewhere knowing i would get what i ordered not something they decided to give me.
