Had a bad experience with this business with a wedding dress alteration. Dress hem was to be taken up and a hook added. Picked up dress after 6 weeks, hem was not even,hook was crooked, and workmanship (sewing ) was poor. Took it back for rectification. After another two heeks hem not much better and to make things worse there was a blue pen mark on the dress. Asked for money back; they only agreed to give half money back. Took it to OCBA in SA and they recommended to business owner to refund all money. They refused and only gave back 66%. I do not recommend this business. Poor workmanship, slow and poor customer service.
