She knows her stuff. I always get a bill because of investments but she does it properly and minimises any tax I owe by making sure I can deduct the max I am entitled to. She doesn't rush through you like the big firms do- she takes the time and asks all the relevant questions. She also gives lots of helpful hints for the next year.

I have had my tax done by Lucy for a few years now and she is great! Very friendly and helpful and always gets me as much back as possible.
