Disappointed in how I was treated, took my work vehicle in for a pink slip, when I came to pick up my car I needed for work I was told I could not pay by card cause the machine wasn’t working, I said can you send invoice or can I come back tomorrow and pay when it is working, he said no and you can’t have your car back until it is paid.... so I lose work because they can’t get there shop sorted, highly Unrecommended, unless you can pay in cash and don’t mind being spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner, would rather drive to deni for a pink slip next time
My partner and I had out motor home pink slip done here on Tuesday and i was extremely dissapointed to see the state of our home after being in the hands of this business.
I understand the thorough checks needed to be done as we travel and live in our motor home and appreciate knowing we and others are safe, but the damage done to both our property and the inside structure of the vehicle was absolutely unacceptable. Our belongs where damaged, some smashed beyond repair.
This is our home not just a vehicle and as most motor homes do, has certain furnishings and appliances etc that need to be secured before a long or bumpy drive. Neither myself or my partner are mechanics and aren't aware of the logistics of a pink slip inspection but have never had an issue like this previously. ...read more
We have 2 Mercedes Benz vehicles we drive every day, Vin at MRT has been servicing them for quite some time now , and we are always happy with the service, the customer relations, and a reasonable price for the work carried out , I also have a supercharged Jag , which Vin has just sorted out some problems on, we would not hesitate to recommend MRT , we have 2 very reliable every day driver cars , and one Sunday car , which have all been serviced very satisfactorily .. thumbs up to taking our cars here.
Appalling service! They took advantage of the fact I was a young woman and my lack of knowledge about cars. Payed over $700 for a normal service, I told the guy 'I wasn't expecting that much' he never went through the invoice with me just 'cash or card'. I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I would tell women to be very weary if you're taking your car in for mechanical work there.
We have always had positive experiences when dealing with MRT , and have several vehicles we take there for services with no problem.
