Very cheap, but service can be hit and miss sometimes I find. The younger guys seem more helpful than the older people

I have been to MSY Technology in Mitcham heaps of times before but they are very rude and they keep you waiting in the queue for a long time since they couldn't careless about their customers.

MSY is one of the cheapest shops around, although since the Oz dollar hit a all time low MSY isn't as cheap as it used to be. There computer parts are great and price is good but they are losing there big price difference over the other computer stores. I have bought many computer parts from them even whole systems, they used to have it at the local MSY shop I go to you could browse the shop while waiting for the line to go down BUT they have taken this away and put more stock there, so it's just like Game Dude, walk in and know what u want and buy it and walk out. I still recommend it to everyone who need something for there computer and hope there price's go a bit lower.

Cheapest store around for computer parts. Opening hours cat be a bit strange so it's best to check their website before making a long trip. I've only once had a problem with products from MSY and that was a faulty monitor which they replaced happily.

For the first time, I purchased from their Brendale brisbane store. Their prices were unbelievable and I even called them to ask if there was any catch to these prices (ie. limited warranty, second hand, no retail box, etc) and was advised that while Hard drives were in OEM, anything that came in a retail box was sold as such and that they will happily replace any faulty products. I drove there late in the afternoon to find two very helpful staff members that couldn't do enough to help me. They even installed the hard drive into my laptop at no charge and tried to help me open it for a ram upgrade. I ended up buying a mouse while I was there, and they were happy to let me browse. There is some wierd stigma in online forums that they can be difficult with returns, but they seemed to be very open to helping if anything goes wrong. Highly recommended
