MT Air Conditioning

Looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to attend to your Air Conditioning needs? If so, I'd recommend you look at someone other than MT Air Conditioning and Electrical. We contacted them for assistance with an E7 error code thrown up by the Daikin ducted system MT had installed when our house was built in 2017. They repeatedly stated it was due to excess current being drawn in our local area, preventing the unit from starting. Not a good result on 40 degree-plus days in Western Sydney. This is despite us having a solar power system to support the unit. MT were happy to charge us $165 for a service which seemed little more than giving various components a quick once-over, and cleaning the already-clean filter. They promised to take this up with Daikin, but never did. I since had Daikin look at it themselves. Very poor customer support. These guys cannot do mere scheduling of dates for the installation. The staff-Joise, rude and arrogant individual. Wont give you heads up time when the ac installationis happening (am or pm) Through the phone she says, "dont smirk me"," I know what I am doing" and keeps yelling on the phone. Horrible lady to deal and interact with.

Josie in the office is rude, they don't turn up when they say they will. Pretty much an attitude of you should be grateful we accept your order. God help anyone that has a warranty concern.

Hasn't even been four months now and our ducted air conditioning has had a gas leak and stopped working.

It's been a week now since these guys first looked at it and told me they would turn up again to fix it but haven't heard anything back from them. Have tried calling a couple of times but no one replies.
