beeing as sick as what i am i frequent this establishemt all the time. the staff there are really nice and they help me with my every need. they always make sure i walk out laughing. just a special note to some of the staff there that make it more enjoyable for me is Christine and Lavinia always having a smile on their faces and keeping me smiling and laughing through out my tough time. they always go above an beyond to make sure i am comfortable. and a shout out to Lawna who takes my bloods such a sweet person and always hits the vane every time first time. truly an amazing bunch of people.

DO NOT USE DENTIST DR GANGAIAH OR MOUNT DRUITT MEDICAL AND DENTAL CENTRE!

?I was overcharged by almost $300 when I had a procedure done by dentist Dr Gangaiah at Mount Druitt Medical and Dental Centre. My bill was about $200, but I was charged about $500.

I went in about a week later once I realised the error. The office manager at Mount Druitt Medical and Dental Centre (who was the one that had made the error) did not give a refund - he claimed that it was a computer error and that a cheque would be sent in the mail to refund the overcharged amount (even though I paid by credit card and the money should have been put straight back onto the card).

3 weeks later there was still no cheque received. The clinic was called I was told by the same office manager that it will take another 3-6 weeks to organise the cheque. I am not holding my breath ...

Some of the lady's are abit rude around in the specialist area swearing in front of people

Disgusting service by reception staff. Firstly hours of business CLEARLY indicate 10pm closure but when you get there anytime after 9pm they have locked the doors and ignore your buzz on the intercom. If closing time is 9pm change your advertising, you clearly do NOT close at 10pm. On this occasion when reception staff answered our 5th buzz they advised us to take our 2 year old son to the hospital if it was that important! They then turned out ALL internal and external lighting and left the patients inside sit in the dark! The reception staff was so rude infact they stood there talking about us right in front of us..

Hi I would like to say I have being seeing a dr at This centre for ages and have always put my name down and call to see how long til I have to come back and now I can't and get told that u can't book over the phone anymore .but I know then still do .so this is really bad staff. And needs be fixed cause then shouldn't beable to have there favourites
