Ian welcomes you to the counter with a genuine smile and invites to to browse and take your time with your choice. He encourages all his staff to engage in the excellence of customer service. He is the owner but he is also the entertainment. He will see you twice and you have become one of his regulars. I enjoy my expirence everytime I go. I love the food which I have seen baked daily and relish the fine blended coffee he serves to suit our climate. Ian and his wife Sue have good values with great food. He has told us it is a true blue family business with all his children and even his son in law being involved at sometime or another. He takes much pride in his shop and in the quality he produces. This is why I return every time with the knowledge of his excellent consistancy. He has profesional baristas on staff which have skills that are encouraged.
