Mullet Gut Marine

These guys have been very helpful from the day I entered the store a largish fella greeted myself and my partner. We were on a mission to find a soft plastic set up for the Coast and he went through many variations of outfits from good quality to budget which we did have a budget and he met our demands but not only did he help us select our rod and reel he also showed us many soft plastics and even rigged them up for us, I will be back to get my outfit for Cod soon very soon. I highly recommend these guys.

I visited this store for the second time, The first was a horrible experience I did not enjoy at all. I left it go for a month or so and thought I would give them another try. It was worse then the first time. There is a staff that is extremely rude to you. If you ask the staff for advice on a product staff will go to the most expensive item on the shelf, I explain I have a certain budget to stick to and don't want to go past that. After a scoff or two staff walks away leaving me there by myself. I thought staff might be going out the back to get me something else to look at. After a while I went looking for the staff, I see staff in what looks like an office on a computer. I asked another person for help but that staff was busy with several others waiting for them already. I gave it a little while longer. I was very disappointed in the people of this establishment. Firstly when I entered there was 2 staff standing around arguing with each other. They did not stop for at least 5 minutes of me arriving. I tried to ask the staff for assistance and all that staff did was "Grunted something" and stormed away. I then asked the other staff for assistance. That staff snapped and said what. I tried to explain what I wanted but staff insisted on something different. I tried to say no but this rude staff told me that what I needed was something totally different and a lot more expensive. This was the second time I have been in there since it has a new management. I will never go back to this horrible place again. I ended up going elsewhere, the people there got exactly what I asked for. My Grandson was very happy.
